A site of about 1.8 hectares at Wrafton Glebefield, as identified on Policies Map 3, is allocated for a residential development that includes:
(a) approximately 50 dwellings, the size and tenure of which will be reflective of local needs;
(b) vehicular access from Rectory Close Cross, incorporating improvements to the existing junction, together with the provision of a pedestrian crossing of the A361;
(c) noise attenuation measures along the southern and eastern boundaries; and
(d) contributions towards additional physical, social and green infrastructure within the town.
