(1) Land to the west of Tower Hill, as shown on Policies Map 12, is allocated for residential development that includes approximately 5 dwellings with an emphasis on providing a mix of housing types and size to reflect local need.
(2) The site should be developed in accordance with the following specific principles:
(a) vehicular access only to Tower Hill;
(b) a design, including highway design, and layout that provides an acceptable impact on the adjacent conservation area and does not harm the setting of the nearby Grade II* listed Church;
(c) provision of a substantial tree and hedge screen on the western boundary; and
(d) accommodation of the existing public footpath within the development.
