(1) Land at Anstey Way, as shown on Policies Map 19, is proposed for approximately 5 dwellings.
(2) The site should be developed in accordance with the following specific development principles:
(a) a single vehicular access from Anstey Way; and
(b) substantial planting on the northern and eastern boundaries to enhance biodiversity, integrate the development into its countryside setting and minimise the impact on existing development.
